Folklore
„Dance, music and costume – for every generation.“
Children start playfully with dance and rhythm; over the years they learn more demanding choreographies and perform on stage. Every ensemble has its own rehearsals – check the timetable and come along.
Our ensembles
Zabavište
Age: 4–6 years
Zabavište is where our youngest take their first steps into the world of folklore. Through happy songs, rhymes and games they learn rhythm, coordination and the first steps of folk dances.
With lots of love and patience we awaken their joy in music and movement – and respect for the tradition our ancestors left us.

Školica
Age: 7–9 years
In Školica, our folklore school, children take confident steps into the richness of folk dances, songs and customs. They learn basic steps, kolos and their first short choreographies.
Through play, friendship and the joy of movement they gain friends and self-confidence – and get ready for their first performances in front of an audience.

Pioniri
Age: 10–12 years
The Pioniri already have their first choreographies in their repertoire and perform at celebrations and events of our community.
Here children learn to dance together as an ensemble, to listen to the music and to each other – this is where our future dancers grow up.

Omladinci
Age: 13–15 years
The youth ensemble brings together young people who live folklore with lots of energy. They work on more demanding choreographies and prepare for the performing ensemble.
Besides rehearsals, this is where friendships for life are made – at performances, on trips and when we get together.

Izvođači
Age: 16+ years
The performing ensemble is our face on stage. Experienced dancers represent KSD Bambi Beč at concerts, celebrations and guest performances.
Here technique, expression and love for folk dance come together – to show the audience all the beauty of our tradition.

Bambi Plus
Age: 30+ years
Bambi Plus proves that folklore has no age. In this ensemble adults dance who have been with us for years, but also those who discovered their love for dancing later.
In a relaxed atmosphere and good company we stay true to tradition – and gladly pass our experience on to the younger generations.
