Terms of use
These terms of use govern the use of the club's website and app. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to the website and app of Kultur und Sportverein Bambi, Huttengasse 81/6, 1160 Wien, ZVR number 802868214 (the “club”). By registering or agreeing in the app you accept them. The club's statutes take precedence over these terms.
2. Services and costs
The app is for organising club life: timetable, news, events, polls, attendance, fees and profile. Using it is free of charge. The membership fee is set by the club's statutes and is independent of the app.
3. Who may use the app
The app is meant for members, their parents or guardians, and the club's officials. An account only becomes active after the administrator approves it; there is no right to approval. There is no minimum age. Whether a child uses the app with their own account or the parents or guardians use it for the child is up to the family.
4. Your account
Your account is personal and not transferable. Don't share your password and sign out on other people's devices. Keep your details (name, group, phone) up to date. If you think someone is using your account, change your password and tell the administrator.
5. Roles and rights
The administrator assigns special roles (e.g. trainer, treasurer, inventory, secretary) and can remove them. Anyone with a role uses the related data only for that club task and does not pass it on to outsiders.
6. Your content
Content you post (e.g. profile photo, news, polls, absence reports) remains yours. You allow the club to show it within the app for as long as it is there. Only post content you have the rights to, and only photos of people who agree.
7. Respectful behaviour
Offensive, discriminatory or illegal content, advertising and attempts to disrupt the app or access other people's data are not allowed. The club may delete such content.
8. Polls and votes
For polls and event replies everyone only sees the number of votes. The administrator and the secretary can see who voted how, to plan performances and helpers.
9. Membership fees
The app shows the status of your fees for information. The treasurer's and the club's records are authoritative. Payment reminders in the app do not replace an agreement with the club.
10. Availability
The club runs the app voluntarily. We try to keep it running smoothly but do not owe constant availability and may change or discontinue features. If in doubt, important information (e.g. cancellations) also comes from your trainer.
11. Liability
The club is liable in accordance with the law. The club is not liable for damage caused by slight negligence; this does not apply to personal injury or where mandatory provisions of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) say otherwise.
12. Blocking and deletion
If these terms are violated or after leaving the club, the administrator may block or delete an account. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
13. Changes
If these terms change, we will tell you in the app and ask for your consent again if needed.
14. Applicable law and final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. If a provision is invalid, the rest remain valid. Send questions to Kultur und Sportverein Bambi, Huttengasse 81/6, 1160 Wien, [email protected].
